As locals we have done most of the tours available in Asheville and this was definitely the best of them all. The murals are amazing (and there are so many) and the stories behind them are even more amazing! If you are visiting Asheville this will be the best hour and a half that you can spend and it's very affordable. If you are local and haven't taken this tour it is well worth the time and money to see the amazing art around town. Cannot wait to do this again

I have lived in Asheville for over 30 years and have done most of the tours offered in town. This one was super fun and enlightening. We took our company staff and it was a big hit for all and great bonding experience. I highly recommend it for small business owners as a team building experience. Great photo opportunities too.

What a fantastic tour of the murals in Asheville and town history. I am a local and I never noticed the 300-400 murals around town. I loved hearing about the amazing local artist that we have! Krista and Louis do a super fun and informative tour!

We had an excellent time on Asheville's Mountain Mural Tour last Saturday! Krista & Lewis made this tour awesome.I had no idea that Asheville had so many beautiful murals.We will definitely bring our out-of-towners on this tour when they come to visit our wonderful city!

Mountain Murals offered an awesome tour for our residents. A small group had a great time learning more about the murals and their creators. Consensus was that Krista has truly done her research and therefore had a wealth of information to share about the artists and the artwork. Unfortunately we didn't know that our two residents in motorized chairs would have to use tablets to see, as the view from their seats on the bus were obstructed. One said they would still have gone, the other wasn't quite as positive. Overall we will work with Mountain Mural again!

The tour is safe for children of all ages. Children under 4″9 must have an appropriate car seat.
We have a wheel chair lift and can accommodate up to two wheel chairs per tour.
Small dogs (lap dogs) under 20 pounds are welcome on the bus. Dogs over 20 lbs are allowed on the tour with prior permission, and the dog must have a ticket purchased and will be required to sit in a seat with their owner, not blocking the aisles.

Our tours run rain or shine! However, we will cancel the tour if we deem it unsafe to be out on the roads. If we do cancel, we will let you know at least 1 hour prior to the start time. When booking your reservation, please provide us with a number that you could be reached prior to the start of your tour.
